When ordering please quote Item Code and Item Description, including colour and price.

Cards and originals to be found at Charlotte's Art can also be included in your order.

GETTING PERSONAL

Our luxurious real leather wallets can be personalised to order with initials, using a hot foiling process, now an almost extinct skill.  For up to 4 characters in Times Roman 22-point (CAPITAL letters only) add £15.00. 

When ordering please give precise details, including full stops and hyphens, as need be. 

Please state your preference for silver, gold or blind embossing.

We will always email details of your order and ask you to confirm before proceeding (please check your junk box too) and subsequently will notify you when your parcel has been dispatched, with tracking details.

DELIVERY to a UK Mainland address

Postage, packaging and dispatch (within 5 working days of our ORDER CONFIRMATION) via Royal Mail T48 tracked service: £4.25

Express Service (dispatch within 2 working days) via Special Delivery: £12.00

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - Rates available on application.

We aim to dispatch most products (including personalised leather goods) within 3-5 days of receipt of order and payment, by Royal Mail UK Tracked services. 

However, please allow up to 15 working days from the date of our Order Confirmation for personalised playing cards and hand-engraved silver.

PAYMENT (in sterling) confirms an order

Preferred payment method is by Bank Transfer.
