GETTING PERSONAL
Our luxurious real leather boxes, which are handmade in our own contemporary colours and designs, can be personalised to order with names, initials and/or dates, using a hot foiling process, now an almost extinct skill. For up to 9 characters (6 for Horseshoes) on one line, in Times Roman 22-point (CAPITAL letters only) add £15 (2 lines £30).
When ordering please give precise details, including full stops where initials are required - please note that unless otherwise specifically requested full stops will be added after each initial, including the last one (except between hyphenated initials, obviously) and state your preference for silver or gold blocking.
YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
We will need:
Your biling address, plus delivery address if different (e.g. work or the family home)
A telephone number in case of a query and your email address.
We will always email details of your order and ask you to confirm before proceeding (please check your junk box too) and subsequently will notify you when your parcel has been dispatched, with tracking details.
DELIVERY to UK Mainland addresses
Orders under £100 by Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 - £4.95 / Express Service by Special Delivery - £10.
Over £100 - FREE UK Tracked 48 / Express Service by Special Delivery - add just £5.
We aim to dispatch most products (including personalised leather goods) within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment, by Royal Mail UK Tracked services. However, please allow up to 15 working days from the date of our Order Confirmation for playing cards and hand-engraved silver and gold items.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY Rates available on application + £5 discount on orders over £100.
PAYMENT (in sterling) is required to confirm an order
Direct payment to our HSBC bank account, or via Squareup (rather like PayPal). Or you can use TransferWise for payments from overseas, who offer a cheap & fast way to send money abroad. Or you can pay by debit or credit card.
